2, the metal mold manufacturing material and its heat treatment process is suitable for the quality of the mold, if the quenching temperature of the stamping mold is too high, the quenching method and time are unreasonable, and the tempering times and temperatures, elbow fittings, elbow selection is improper, will lead to the mold into the stamping production damage, metal stamping parts quality damage.



3, the metal mold in the process of processing, if there is a foreign body into the stamping mold, parts overlap, waste blocking, etc., but not timely treatment, the mold continues to use, it is easy to lead to the mold of the blanking plate, punch, lower template and guide pillar damage.



4, metal stamping die blanking hole size or depth design is not enough, easy to block the slot, resulting in blanking plate damage. The spring force design is too small or the height of the equal set is not equal, which will cause the spring to break and the blanking plate to tilt, resulting in overlapping punching and damage to the parts. Improper fixing of the punch or insufficient screw strength will cause the punch to fall or break, damaging the mold.



5, when the hardware mold is in use, the location and direction of the parts are installed incorrectly or the bolts are not fastened well. The working height adjustment is too low, the guide column lubrication is insufficient, the feeding equipment is faulty, the press is abnormal, etc., will cause damage to the stamping die.
